Market Situation on the Costa Blanca

After some years of decline in sales of property with its effect on housing prices, the trend in 2010 has signs of a slow recovery. Whereas in 2009 the clients interested in property were indecisive to buy, we see now that clients are turning into buyers but with a strong preference to properties that have been reduced considerably. Therefore our advice to our customers is to contemplate acquiring property in Spain again. Especially in the second houses range the downturn has come to an end and prices have come down to a point that a basic level has been reached.
